The Supreme Court has handed liberals some of their biggest victories, including abortion on demand, homosexual marriage, near-abolition of the death penalty, and severe restrictions on religious liberty in public places. These decisions disfranchised the American majority, forcing them to accept rule by the minority. Do liberal Democrats oppose Kavanaugh because so many of their left-wing goals can only be achieved through the courts, not the legislatures?
