Whereas: There is not a shred of evidence to back up the media’s relentless attacks and smears directed at President Trump over his alleged campaign “collusion” with Russia, and

Whereas: This “fake news” is aimed at drawing away the public’s attention from President Trump’s aggressive action to drain the swamp in Washington and keep his campaign promises, and

Whereas: You have a responsibility to help move the President’s agenda through Congress and otherwise defend him from the daily drumbeat of fake news scandals created by the mainstream media,

Whereas: Instead, apparently out of fear of confronting the fake-news media, you have failed in your duty to protect the President against a coordinated effort by the Left to overturn the results of the 2016 presidential election, overthrow GOP majorities in the House and Senate and leave President Trump helpless in the face of impeachment proceedings that the Left has already promised.

Therefore: The undersigned petitions you to stand with President Trump and defend him from this unprecedented coup attempt engineered by a lynch mob of dishonest media outlets, funded by George Soros and other left-wing millionaires and billionaires, and carried out by left-wing political organizations. You were selected by other congressmen and senators to be leaders. I petition you to take your responsibility seriously: FIGHT, LEAD OR GET OUT OF THE WAY.
