The appointment of Sen. Jeff Sessions as Attorney General is an excellent first step toward restoring constitutional government after eight years of Obama’s unconstitutional presidential rule. However, we also must have a conservative Supreme Court to back up the dismantling of Obama’s legacy.

News reports say that Texas Senator Ted Cruz is being considered for appointment to the Supreme Court. This would require Cruz to give up his important role as the conservative leader in the Senate but would put him in an excellent position to continue for decades the work begun by the late Justice Antonin Scalia.
