Unconfirmed reports say that Texas Senator Ted Cruz is being considered for appointment as Attorney General in the Trump administration. This would require Cruz to give up his important role as the conservative leader in the Senate but would put him in an excellent position to oversee the dismantling of Barack Obama’s unconstitutional executive actions. It would also unite the two most prominent anti-establishment Republicans, Trump and Cruz, for joint action in the new administration. Should Trump appoint Cruz as his Attorney General?
