Conservatives are strongly supportive of making Sen. Ted Cruz a member of the Supreme Court, filling the vacancy created by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia, according to a poll by FedUp PAC.

Appointing Cruz was approved by 84%, with only 16% preferring he remain in the Senate.

As both a Senator and a presidential candidate, Cruz emphasized the necessity of obeying the Constitution and overturning the unconstitutional actions of Barack Obama. His constitutional views make him a worthy successor to Scalia.
