Liberal judges have issued orders preventing enforcement of the President’s Executive Orders limiting travel from nations with a strong terrorist presence. The case will eventually reach the Supreme Court, which currently has four liberals who are nearly certain to oppose whatever Trump supports. The confirmation of Judge Neil Gorsuch to the Court could very well make the difference when the case is decided. Should a vote against Gorsuch be understood as a vote to leave Americans more vulnerable to terrorism?
