Why Isn’t Jeff Sessions Investigating Hillary Clinton’s Crimes?

Hillary Clinton violated State Department policy when she hid her emails from legally required Freedom of Information Act searches and made them vulnerable to hacking by America’s enemies.  She erased more than 30,000 of her emails, lying about the fact that some of them were government-related.  She handed out favors to Clinton Foundation donors through the State Department.  When the FBI investigated her, Clinton’s husband had a private meeting with Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and soon after the FBI announced that Clinton would not be prosecuted.

President Trump has publicly stated that Attorney General Jeff Sessions should reopen the investigation of Clinton, taking a more vigorous look at her actions than Obama’s biased Justice Department was willing to do.  Given the known evidence against Clinton, does Sessions have an obligation to reopen the investigation?
