Should Trump Veto an Establishment Bill to Make DACA Law?

It is likely that establishment Republicans in Congress will join with Democrats to add an amendment, granting amnesty for some illegal aliens, to the end-of- the-year spending bill. This amendment would grant a permanent and irrevocable amnesty to those who received only temporary protection from Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), which Trump is now ending. The establishment would then use this as the opening wedge for a much broader amnesty, like the one which Obama almost pushed through Congress (with much GOP help) in 2013.

Should Trump veto the amended spending bill and leave no doubt that he will never allow amnesty to become law, even if it leads to a temporary government shutdown?
