The May 21 primary victories of Stacey Abrams in Georgia and Lupe Valdez in Texas showed that far-left Democrats are not merely hoping to win control of Congress. They also believe they can turn entire red states blue by electing a governor committed to left-wing policies.
Abrams and Valdez beat opponents who were running on a platform of appealing to moderate voters and even trying to win over some Trump supporters. Both winners have a campaign strategy of appealing to the radical elements of the Democratic Party and getting elected by a massive increase in Democratic turnout. Both think it is safe to ignore and write off Trump supporters.
No one should be surprised that both Abrams and Valdez put a heavy emphasis on weakening the laws that protect elections from voter fraud. They want to be sure that a one-time victory can be leveraged into creating a permanent majority. They also hope to give Democrats more influence over, if not total control of, redistricting after the 2020 census.
If elected, these two candidates would push for a major transformation of their states.
- They put vow to end “mass incarceration” (i.e. they want to turn loose many of the criminals in prison).
- They favor more gun control.
- They put homosexual “rights” above religious liberty.
- They are strong advocates for illegal aliens.
- They want to revive the “green energy” boondoggles that embarrassed the Obama administration.
And of course the media would declare their victories to be a repudiation of President Trump in two states that voted for him in 2016. It would encourage Democrats to continue their no-holds-barred attacks on the President.
The threat from Abrams and Valdez should not be taken lightly. Few thought that Democrats could win a Senate seat in deep-red Alabama. There have also been Democratic victories in House and state legislative districts that seemed safely Republican, as well as some uncomfortably close races. Last year, Democrats surprised everyone when they just missed taking control of the Virginia House of Delegates.
Democratic primary turnout in both Georgia and Texas was unusually high, adding credibility to the theory that Democrats can win by turning out their most dedicated, left-wing voters.
But it can only happen if voters don’t know what the Democrats have planned for them.
That’s why FedUp PAC’s number one priority in 2018 is to rip the mask off the Democrats and expose them for what they really are – left-wing extremists who want to destroy America and everything that has made it great.
Just two years ago FedUp PAC set out to expose Hillary Clinton. We targeted states such as Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Carolina, and Wisconsin. That effort helped swing them into line for Donald Trump while also helping elect senators in Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Wisconsin.
We can do it again in 2018.
But to win, FedUp PAC must have your help. We know how to use the latest technology to target the voters who will swing the elections.
This program of voter contact by email, FaceBook, etc. is relatively cheap, and highly cost-effective (especially compared to TV spots), but it is not free.
That is why your donation of $25, $100, $500 or more to FedUp PAC is needed today – because with polls showing what could be an across-the-board Democratic triumph, even in deep-red states, there is not a day to waste.
FedUp PAC is already planning what needs to be done to protect and expand Trump’s majorities. Those plans can move forward as soon as we have the funds to proceed.
With your help, we can make 2018 a year that moves us further toward Making American Great Again. Without it, FedUp PAC will be sitting on the sidelines, unable to help.
So please, send your best donation of $25, $100, $500 or whatever you can afford.
