Conservatives agree overwhelmingly that New Jersey Governor Chris Christie should not be appointed Attorney General, according to a poll by FedUp PAC.
That negative opinion is held by 83%, with only 17% supporting Christie.
Christie’s record as a moderate Republican and his obstruction of efforts to identify radical Islamic terrorists has caused concern among many conservatives. President-elect Trump’s call for vigorous action against domestic terrorism was an important factor in winning conservative support.
FedUp PAC is a grass roots organization that wants constitutional conservatives to take over the GOP because Americans are fed up with the Republican establishment. It is not affiliated with any candidate or committee.
